Fact Sheet: Immigration Relief After Texas v. United States

On February 16, a federal court ruled in Texas v. United States to delay the implementation of President Barack Obama's immigration relief programs. On November 9, the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals upheld the lower court's decision. The Department of Justice plans to appeal the decision. Here's what you need to know.
